ingredients:
1lb. ground turkey
1 egg
3-4 crushed and chopped garlic
1tsp. salt
a pinch of black pepper
1tsp. grill seasoning
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1box frozen spinach
steps:
1. preheat oven to 400
2. mix all the above ingredients except the panko
3. round the meat into spheres then gently flatten into patties
4. dredge the patties with panko
5. stick them in the oven for 15 min.
6. make the sauce below while the patties are in the oven
7. put a dollop of sauce on the patties
8. stick them back into the oven for 15 more min.
9. serve warm

2T. ketchup
1T. dijon mustard
2T. worchestire sauce
1tsb. brown sugar

This looks great. I love cooking with panko. I usually just use it on fish though. Thanks for showing me another way to cook with the crumbs.
